Substitute Educator Programme

When a club leader is unexpectedly unavailable, EduVenue™ steps in with a substitute educator system to help ensure clubs can still run. Approved substitute educators are fully vetted with the same safeguarding checks, DBS certification, and insurance requirements as regular organisers.

If a leader cannot attend, the system automatically alerts available substitutes in the same area and activity type. A substitute who accepts is then confirmed to cover the session, with the school notified instantly. 

This means families can rely on clubs going ahead as planned and schools avoid last minute cancellations. Substitute educators are active and current club leaders or Teachers (active or retired) of the school.
